Brand Assessment

  • Provide a thorough assessment and brand diagnosis of a company, including its marketing strategy, to identify opportunities and/or potential risks related to reaching the disability community.
  • Conduct focus groups to gain an understanding of the disability community’s perception of the brand and/or product or service.
  • Provide recommendations for making a company’s or agencies brand dynamic and relevant to the disability community.

Ideation and Strategy Development

  • Develop comprehensive, revenue generation initiatives that seamlessly integrate into an organization’s overall brand messaging while specifically targeting the disability community.
  • Develop a blueprint that identifies goals, expected outcomes, a timeline and steps required for successful implementation and execution.

Segmentation

  • Provide direction and guidance in determining a segmentation strategy based on the demographic and psychographic sub-segments of the disability marketplace.
  • Provide direction and guidance on the variety of disease/disability specific segments of the population.

Program Development and Execution

  • Develop turn-key initiatives and events for all industries.
  • Develop partnerships and strategic alliances with national non-profit organizations, government agencies and other businesses that serve the special needs community.

Communications

  • Deliver sensitivity, etiquette and awareness training around appropriate communications and dealings for all customer facing (in-person, phone, web) professionals and their managers.
  • Develop communication collateral that encourages people with disabilities and their families to positively experience an organization’s brand.
  • Provide direction on the appropriate positioning and look and feel of existing communications materials.
  • Offer editorial capabilities of existing or newly developed collateral.
  • Deliver relationship-based targeted market outreach to all disability segments.

Creative Services

  • Develop copy and ad-design for print ads, manuals, brochures and web sites that provide the “hook” while speaking directly to the needs of consumers who either have a disability or have a child or other dependent with special needs.
  • Provide creative direction, script editing and talent recommendations for television commercials, radio spots, etc.

Media Outreach

  • Plan all aspects of media placement.
  • Provide both mainstream media and disability focused press with story ideas and “news-worthy” press releases that focus on disability related issues and/or events including client driven initiatives.
