What is SNAP?
SNAP’s mission is to improve the quality of life for children of all ages who have special needs and their parents or caregivers by serving as a resource that empowers them through information, education, advocacy and referrals. SNAP was created to give parents direction and a little peace of mind by serving a resource that helps them get the information they need to address the many issues, concerns, and complexities of raising a child with special needs. No matter what your child’s age or disability, we are here to help you and act as your guide to finding the resources, referrals and information you need to ensure lifetime care and quality of life for your child.
