NADINE’S MESSAGE
As the Founder and President of Springboard Consulting I want to thank you for taking the time to dive into our web site.
As the mom of two beautiful girls who have special needs I understand first hand the issues that individuals with special needs and their families face. I created Springboard Consulting LLC to help Corporate America better understand the special needs community in order to appropriately and effectively market their products and services in a way that makes us feel wanted and understood. The same holds true for supporting employees who have a disability or a dependent with a disability in terms of diversity, work-life initiatives and employee benefits.
It is my hope that the work Springboard does will become a seamless part of every company in every industry in America and around the world so that everyone with disabilities, including their families and friends will feel welcome and wanted with every purchase they make, trip they take, job they get and with everyone they’ve met.
Please consult Springboard to make this a reality.
