  1. Employee Benefits and Benefit Guidance

Springboard provides both employee and employer guidance on health insurance problem solving with regard to the group plan in order to reduce/eliminate the inordinate amount of time and resources typically spent on mediating and resolving conflicts which is so common for those with disabilities. Springboard also provides assistance with benefit disclosures that protect the company against liability. When an EAP is involved, Springboard will coordinate with the provider to ensure appropriate and timely delivery of highly specialized information.

  1. Resources and Referrals

Springboard creates and delivers specialized information and communication by developing intranet sites or sections on existing sites in order to provide much needed 24/7, self-serve information on a variety of topics such as important terms to know, government benefits, legal, financial and educational issues, support groups, advocacy agencies, etc. We also create topical employee newsletters and lunch and learn programs which can include information about work-life balance, navigating the special education system and more.

  1. Work-Life and Support

Springboard believes strongly in creating a supportive, collaborative community for employees who have special needs situations and therefore develops strategic alliances on both a local and national level with special needs non-profit organizations. We also create and host employee networking groups, produce a variety of on-site events including but not limited to coordination with open enrollment and National Disability Awareness Month. For firms that tend to relocate employees, Springboard offers employee relocation support as it relates to services and guidance for special needs.

  1. Public Speaking

Motivation coupled with factual information can easily teach but only when it is coupled with inspiration can it spark the heart to unleash its dreams.  Only coupled with inspiration can it cause major change and transformation. This is what Nadine Vogel causes to happen in individuals, organizations and businesses with her powerful presentations.

  1. Spring From Within

Spring from within is an opt in database of adults and teens who have a disability, parents, grandparents and other caregivers who have a child or other dependent with special needs as well as diversity, work-life and benefits professionals and those folks whose professions are to serve and support the special needs community.

  1. Cause Marketing

Springboard aims to join the goals of both the for-profit company and the non-profit organization, while not only protecting each brand but also enhancing it.  The purpose is to help companies and nonprofits integrate values and social issues into organizational identity and brand equity.

  1. Market Segmentation

Springboard’s expertise in marketing to the disabilities community makes the difference between a moderately successful initiative and an extraordinary one.  We know that different approaches are needed for different segments of the community and apply the same marketing know-how to generate revenue from all diverse populations such as the elderly, women, etc...

  1. Strategic Planning

Springboard knows that mapping a future direction that’s both visionary and viable is the key to future success.  Following a thorough analysis and assessment of the current environment and exploration of opportunities and risks is conducted.  The result is a strategic blueprint that outlines vital goals, expected outcomes and the steps required to get there.  Springboard takes the same approach to developing comprehensive marketing plans.
